NathanWettersDr. Nathan Wetters is still amazed when he reflects on his research with Dr. Della Valle. “In one year, I completed 17 projects, including 3 award winning papers, that propelled me into my first choice of residency and built my foundation as a productive academic into fellowship. Much of this would not have been possible without the mentorship, guidance and friendship of Dr. Della Valle.” Nate is finishing his residency training at Rush in 2017, and he will head to Orthocarolina for a Fellowship in Sports Medicine this Fall. Nate not only won best poster at AAHKS for his research with Dr. Della Valle, but he also had time to enjoy the annual White Sox outing (seen here in the Team Physician’s box at Soldier Field).
