Our office is located at 1611 W Harrison Street, Suite 400. Dr. Della Valle also operates out of the North Shore Surgical Suites in Pleasant Prairie, WI, the Munster Specialty Surgery Center in Muster, IN, and the Rush Oak Brook Surgical Center in Oak Brook, IL.
